South West Homes is a 'not for profit' organisation providing the opportunity for people to achieve the dream of buying their home. We are the first point of contact for anyone who cannot afford to buy a home on the open market and we offer a range of affordable options.
We have been appointed this role by the Homes and Communities Agency, the government body that funds affordable new homes, as one of its 15 Homebuy Agents. South West Homes is the HomeBuy Agent for South West England.
A HomeBuy Agent is a one stop shop, allowing you to apply for a whole host of schemes and developments regardless of the supplier, and operate under the 'HomeBuy' brand.

Marks & Spencer Voucher Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
This free prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except for employees of South West Homes, their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion, who complete a customer service survey on our website at www.southwesthomes.org.uk. You do not need to buy anything to enter. Entry is based on the following information being provided: name, and contact telephone number. All prize draw entrants must be registered with us for HomeBuy to be valid entries in the draw. Only one entry per household. Third party registrations will not be accepted. The draw will be made within 5 working days of each month end.. The prize is £25 in Marks & Spencer vouchers. The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received and will be notified by telephone within 72 hours of the actual draw date. No alternative prize is available and the prize is not transferable. For winner's details please send an email to: info@southwesthomes.org.uk within 28 days of the month end. The winners may be asked to participate in non paid publicity accompanying or resulting from this draw. By entering the free prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out here.
