South West Homes are a Government appointed HomeBuy Agent providing a "one-stop-shop" service for home ownership and rental opportunities that exist in the South West of England.

By registering with South West Homes, you will be assessed to identify the schemes you are eligible for. South West Homes work with a number of organisations such as other housing associations, private developers, estate agents and local authorities to ensure customers are kept informed about all the opportunities available to them.

We also organise regular HomeBuy events. At these events, independent financial advisers and solicitors provide affordability assessments and advice free of charge.
